FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Where do you get your Clinic staff from?

Our Office is based in Athenry, County Galway. Not the nameless individuals in some remote part of China, Pakistan or the UK as you will find with many Thesis & Project Assistance sites, but real people with actual mobile phone numbers and email addresses who will answer your queries within 24 hours for sure and meet with you on a one-to-one basis. We can travel to meet with clients in Galway City, Athlone, Ennis and Limerick.

Do you work only with third-level students or with corporate clients also?

We work with both third level students and businesses. Because our company is fundamentally a research and consulting/communications entity, we also work with businesses in helping them access funding and partner initiatives in areas they might not have considered or find difficult to access in addition to document content and ghostwriting.

Will I be able to contact the Clinic staff who work on my document? How?

Yes, we actually expect you to, you should take caution at any service that claims to be of ‘editorial assistance’ yet prohibits communication with the writer whom you are paying. Here at the Clinic, such communication is a part of the project process. Without it, without getting as much information from you as possible, we won’t be able to fully utilise our talent to address your needs. You can always use support email to communicate with us. On our side we simply monitor the communication to match our standards and pass all the comments to you or your allocated Clinic staff member in a timely manner.

Compared with other editorial services, how is the Clinic different?

Well, you can actually meet with us in person! And, in our experience, this is usually the main concern for clients. We also have a rigorous quality system in place and we are personable. Our staff are nice people. We really try very hard to cultivate a long term relationship with our clients. We treat them as partners treat each other – simply because that’s what it really is for us, a partnership. We appreciate your trust and we want reciprocate by giving you the service you expect to get for the money you spend.

How will I know what changes have been made to my manuscript?

Our editors use the track changes feature in MS Word to clearly highlight the suggested improvements to the document. Comments are placed in the margins to provide further guidance and suggestions.

Does the Clinic respect confidentiality?

All Clinic editors sign confidentiality agreements when they join our staff. The confidentiality of your research is one of our highest priorities.

How do I make a payment for my project?

We offer three options for submitting a payment. When you submit your manuscript, you can pay using any major credit card through our secure payment partner, PayPal. Alternatively, you can make a wire transfer directly from your bank account to ours. Finally, you can pay in good old hard cash.

Will I receive an invoice?

Yes, we automatically email you an invoice after we receive your payment.
