Clients are advised that plagiarism and breach of copyright are serious offenses. The Clinic reserves the right to decline service to anyone whose project involves plagiarized content. In situations where copyright infringement or plagiarism is discovered or suspected after texts have been accepted for editing, clients are advised of the serious nature of said offenses and editing will not proceed.

While recognizing the right to free speech, the Clinic reserves the right to refuse to proofread or edit any text that advocates or incites violence, hatred or discrimination in contravention of national and international laws.
