Decolonising Research
We ask that contributing authors to our Mental Health For Millennials Series should be committed to taking meaningful steps to ensure that our publishing processes are critically engaging with the broader agenda of decolonization research and publishing about disadvantaged or ‘at risk’ populations. As an Indie Publishing House, DocCheck.com commits to:
1. increasing the representation of authors, researchers and individuals from non academic backgrounds, those from underrepresented groups and those from traditions where writing were not typically encouraged.
2. Ensuring that our editorial board is diverse in terms of disciplines, gender, geography, and underrepresented groups in research.
